Cardio Fitness | 6:45-7:25am
Wednesdays
Zumba Dance Fitness | 7:45-8:40pm
Saturdays
Strength + Sculpt | 9:00-9:40am
All classes are led by Jo Yoches, our NASM Certifited Personal Trainer and Instructor.
Class schedule runs continously September 8 - June 19.
Tuition is paid on a monthly basis.
Students will remain continously enrolled once registered, but may drop any time. If dropping mid-month, no refund is provided.
Classes are for Adults ONLY (ages 18+)
