Innovate Dance Company

Innovate Dance Company is our performance and competition program for dancers ages 4–18, rooted in community, joy, and high-quality dance education.

Our mission is to support growth both on and off the stage by nurturing teamwork, leadership, professionalism, and artistry. Company dancers perform at community events and participate in dance competitions to gain experience, build sportsmanship, and celebrate their progress as confident, well-rounded performers.

We emphasize progress over perfection and believe every dancer’s journey is worth celebrating. Dancers receive age-appropriate, technique-focused training in a positive and encouraging environment. Above all, we strive to inspire a lifelong love of dance while helping each dancer reach their fullest potential.

About our Programs

Innovate Performance Group | ages 4 and up

Innovate Performance Group is our performance and competition group, focused on experiencing the joy of dance and building valuable life skills, while receiving a strong dance education. This school-year program offers dancers the opportunity to perform with us at all our community events, the Company Showcase, and attend two-three dance competitions per season.

Pre-Professional Company | Int/Adv Level

Our Pre-Professional Company is for the dancer who is ready to take their dance training to the next level. Pre-Pro dancers lead the way in our Company events, as well as receive additional training and performance opportunities throughout the season including multiple dance competitions and conventions, audition prep, mentorship, and more.
