Dress Code

Our dress code prepares students for success by eliminating distractions, allowing dancers to move safely and properly, increasing focus, and improving confidence.

Please ensure all dance shoes are only be worn inside the dance studio. Shoes worn outside may bring inside dirt or rocks that damage the floor. Students out of dress code may be asked to sit and observe class for safety purposes.

Summer Dance Sampler and Dance Camps

Attire - Form fitting attire such as a leotard or tank top with leggings, shorts, or tights. Students will be going upside down, clothing should not lift up.

Shoes - Bare feet, ballet shoes, or Capezio Foot Undeez

Hair - Neatly pulled back into a ponytail or bun, secured away from the face

Creative Ballet + Tiny Dancers

Attire - Leotard with ballet pink or skin tone tights. Boys may wear form fitting t-shirt and shorts.

Shoes - Pink ballet flats (boys may wear black ballet flats)

Hair - Neatly pulled back into a ponytail or bun, secured away from the face

Jazz/Acro Combo

Attire - Form fitting attire such as a leotard with leggings, shorts, or tights. Students will be going upside down, clothing should not lift up.

Shoes - Bare feet and/or Capezio Foot Undeez

Hair - Neatly pulled back into a ponytail or bun, secured away from the face

Acro

Attire - Form fitting athletic attire such as leggings, shorts, tank top, or sports bra. *Tops should not lift over the head, students will go upside down*

Shoes - Bare foot

Hair - Neatly pulled back into a bun or pony tail, all hair secured away from the face

Ballet (ages 5-8)

Attire - Leotard with ballet pink or skin tone tights. Boys may wear form fitting t-shirt and shorts.

Shoes - Pink ballet flats (boys may wear black ballet flats)

Hair - Neatly pulled back into a bun, all hair secured away from the face

Beg/Int Ballet

Attire - Black leotard, ballet pink or skin tone tights

*No skirts or shorts*

Shoes - Ballet pink ballet flats

Hair - Neatly pulled back into a bun, all hair secured away from the face

Int/Adv Ballet

Attire - Any color leotard, ballet pink or skin tone tights

Shoes - Ballet pink ballet flats

Hair - Neatly pulled back into a bun, all hair secured away from the face

Jazz

Attire - Form fitting athletic attire such as leggings, shorts, tank top, or sports bra

Shoes - Capezio Foot Undeez or half-sole pirouette shoe (int/adv may go bare foot)

Hair - Neatly pulled back into a bun or pony tail, all hair secured away from the face

Contemporary

Attire - Form fitting athletic attire such as leggings, shorts, tank top, or sports bra
