Innovate Dance Company includes our performance and competitive dance programs for dancers ages 4-18 founded on creating community, sharing our joy for dance, and providing a safe, quality dance education for everyone. 

The goal of the Company is to create a space that facilitates growth not only for dance, but also for life. This includes building valuable skills such as teamwork, collaboration, sportsmanship, leadership, professionalism, and artistry. 

Our Company acts as pillars in our community through performances at community events, bringing the joy of dance to everyone. We also attend dance competitions, giving our dancers the ability to take criticism and feedback, build sportsmanship, and most importantly be inspired by our dance community. Every time our dancers step on stage at a competition, we are taking a pause to celebrate their personal growth so far that season. 

Everyone has a place in Innovate Dance Company, whether that dancer is looking to go on to dance professionally or experience dance for the present while building skills that continue to better them for the future.
